Just got back from a free lapping session at TMP/Cayuga..

Pics here: http://www.hondaprelude.to/forums/sh...Track-Day-Pics

You can see my car in the background of the 3rd post 3rd/4th pic.. the black e90.. the grey E46 is a friend.. also on this forum. No one really cared to take pics of the bimmers cus they were too busy strokin it to the lambo.

We met the owners/co-owners of the track.. and they were very friendly.. and it was a really REALLY fun/wet/sideways day.

Are there any other such events going on soon?? What about the winter?? Anyone know where to go lapping in the snow??

How did you score a free event? That's way cool.

Yeah it was pretty bomb.. a buddy just randomly told me about it.. don't really know the details.. just went there and slid around for a few hours.. cost me like $50 bucks in gas :)

It was my first track day... and I don't think I would pay 200ish bucks to go there!

if you goto touge.ca I think it costs maybe 80-100 for TMP

I wouldn't pay $200 for that track that's for sure. Unless I knew it was going to be limited registration.

$80-$100 is somewhat more reasonable, that's the most I think I've paid there. Keep in mind that going to those days to just 'slide around' is sort of frowned upon by event organizers that aren't TMP and CSCS.
