I guess you have to back it in all the time?

Make some wooden ramps. It may be a PITA to get them out every time but it will save your spoiler/splitter.

Euro_E30 05-25-2003 01:46 AM

ahaha. i got the same problem.. i cant get in my drive way at all driving forward ro backwards....plus i installed my splitters.. i dont think it is as low as urs but close.. ill post some pics...

6piston 05-25-2003 04:10 PM

shit.

not only ur driveway, how will u survive outside?
i mean aren't there any humps or carparks that you need to climb up to?

by the way look at the 1st pic. that's a pretty strong splitter you've got.
it cracked the concrete floor hahaha

NYPLAYA 05-25-2003 04:33 PM

yea thats why u go mad slow around them or dodge them hehe. I already hit my lip last night but no damages.

AndreNY 05-25-2003 10:09 PM

yup thats gonna be hard, but your car is not that low suspension wise, so you dont have to worry about breaking anything excep your splitters

Thats what you think. If i didn't have a x-brace my oil pan would of been gone. I bottom out so many times going fast on bumpy roads that my x-brace is bent and all eating up. Esp in astoria blvd be4 the triboro where it is really wavey from the trucks, you can see sparks from the bottom of my car if i do 30mph there. The funny thing is that i use to laugh when romeo drove there with me and we was kinda racing and he had to slow down because his car is low and i didn't even have my drop yet so i was like haha but now i take it back. BTW how was germany did you get your car some nice bmw parts.*th-up*
