Got the car to the dyno last night at TAG racecraft. I'm very happy with the #s although they might have improved if we played with the timming a little. Sorry couldn't get a print out of the graph because the printer ran out of ink half way..*uzi*

Here is the final results

330 whp 325 wtq @ 1 bar

air/ fuel was staying steady between 11.5- 11.8

I think those are good # for daily driving, should be alot of fun *rockout*

Felt strong, hopefully you don't have to sell it. Give it a few months then time for that built motor 500 +

so 1 bar = 14 1/2psi right? thats pretty awesome. what size injectors are you running again? thats richer than solomon! what duty cycle does it run up to in the high revs? somehow im starting to doubt that my 19lb'ers are up to 7psi without boosting the fuel pressure......im seeing 70% duty cycle at 6500 n/a, 12.5-13afr

He's running 74 lbs injectors I think it was, they were more then enough on his setup. The afr's are fine; you got to remember you need some safety margin. Try and punch your injectors into the calculators RC injectors have on their site it should give you a good estimate if they should be good for the power level you’re aiming for..

Nice numbers, car should go good now (traction depending). I woulda liked to hear the engine more on the video instead of the beats. Nice job with the install too.

Injectors are 75lb'ers. I know its a bit rich but we wanted to play it safe. still needs some tunning to get some more power out of it. you are gonna have to go with 30lb injectors if you wanna keep stock fuel pressure.

Thanks

Couldn't really check the car's power on the street due to wet roads but should be fun. I was very surprised with the spooling of the turbo consindering its size...we hit full boost by 3400rpm.

as for the video...I'll post it as soon as its uploaded.

Sexy. How are you planning on getting the power down? Daily DR's?

For starters I have to get rid of the 3.73 open diff. I think a 3.25 from an E36 M3 would be a good choice.

I think it would be pointless to use street rubber on the track, we'r all familir with E30s' traction issues.

As for daily driving I'm thinking of going with BF goorich TA NTs...although these are supposed to be really good at the track, they wouldn't compare to drag slicks. with some fender rolling and spacers I should be able to use 235/45/17s

^ An e36 diff will not fit your car. Externally bigger, and totally different mounting locations. In order to get that diff you want (3.25) look for a e28 with that ratio usually a 535i IIRC, and swap the rear cover and axle flanges.

Does the e28 come with an open 3.25 diff or lsd?

Most 5spds have LSD.
