How to repair peeling clear coat

Some spots on my E30, the clear coat is starting to peel/flake off. How do you repair these areas? Do I just wet sand it and re-apply clear coat?

is it the original paint ? if yes its not recomended to wet sand a oem paint or do anything to a oem paint !

Yes it is the original paint. So what is suggested that I do then?

happened to mine i was told 2 clear coat again but i might as well do paint over again
