Hi

I'm planning to get a new stereo for my 97 528i (e39) and waslooking at the Alpine (CDA 9885) with an I-pod full speed wire and will probably get the steering wheel control module. Does anyone have any feedback on this stereo

Also, I have found some great deals online at crutchfieldcanada.com which now ships from Mississauga. ($CAD387 + tax including: the harness, Dash kit, antenna adapter high speed ipod wire and the steering wheel module) Kromer Radio quoted me $679 +tax for the same set up:confused: .

So I'm planning to buy everything online but then will need to find an installer to get everything set up. Can anyone suggest a good shop that won't mind doing the install if I have already purchased all the equipment and what a fair price would be including the steering wheel module?

Thanks everyone!

I can't promote them enough, especially for BMW-specific work. Mo is the head guy, you can use my name if you talk to them.
