It vibrates during idel. So I hold my steering wheel then it stops but when I lift up my hands it starts again..
Any DIY for this kind of noise reduction?

Engine or gearbox mount gone? Check that first.

Even the steering column flex-disc coupler could be shot :(

this could litterally be almost anything
-bent/out of balance wheel
-bad tread on tire
-tie rods
-ball joints
-bad alignment
-everything everyone mentionned previously
having said that, my first guess would be wheels not balanced correctly.

OP states that the "vibration" happens during idling.

most likely a bad mount or your car is missfiring at idle causing the vibration.. could be a bad plug or coil.

It was totally okay today. I hear vibration from my steering wheel sometimes and some other times are okay..
When I hold my steering wheel then I don't hear any noise. I don't think it is serious problem but I think some bolts are loosen.
