I think the blades have broken off the shaft and its free wheeling, its not pumping the coolant throu the motor.

The manifold was my design and I did most of the work on it but I had to take it to a shop called WierTechnologies in Burlington to get it welded, its the same place that makes the exhaust manifold as well.

Right after we got it running.

I see in the video you have the TB at the end of the log intake. How are you going to run the charge pipe or am I dumb? Will you just fit on the front of the TB?

Charge pipes are already run in that video, it comes off the TB and goes straight down.

Doesn't look anything special to me, huge turbo and painted valve cover, sounds rough
Specs on turbo? Engine internals?

Well...it really isn't
2.7 bottom end, Port matched head with welded coolant channels, custom exhaust manifold, custom short runner intake manifold, MS 2 fuel control with edis6 for spark, Holset H1C with 18cm^ turbine housing, aluminum engine and tranny mounts..I guess that's it

Ohh yeah...painted valve cover..:D

BTW...it sound rough because its the fist time we got it running with MS and there's no exhaust

Yeah he's got a point, good thing you painted the valve cover otherwise this may not have even been worthy of posting.

Details on anything you've built?

I really do agree with Ej_Red. I have 5 maybe 7 Gs put into the car so far, and my knowledge of mechanics and fabrication isn't even close to some of the guys around here...but some times you just have to be daring to try something and be willing to put up with all the issues you gonna run into.

I remember when I started on my twin turbo setup a few years ago alot of guys on here were actually making fun of me for even trying. check it out for yourself.

but I still tried it and made it work.

If you are so unimpressed with my work Ej_Red.

You must have something that's just WOW...*th-up*
