quite awhile ago, I went to this performance shop to get a bodykit installed and to get a custom-intake put in...

wasn't quite too happy...overcharged for bodykit install and custom cold air intake...

the bodykit install was a bit sloppy....the bumper wasn't supported properly and I ended up having to get it RE-done at another shop to get the job done right.

Just a heads up to everyone on these boards......
Personally, I recommend Autopia or Bimmersport...they really know what they're doing.

how much did they charge you for the bodykit/CAI install?

how much do other shops roughly charge for the same job?

LoL, i have a feeling the store is a front. It is always dead and when I went there once, everything is marked up to the point of non-sale.

They're crazy in there.

His name is Javid, he's aerospace engineer himself, but he's never there, he has import export business or something like that. He owns the black M5 thats usually parked in front. they actually make good money, from people that don't know much about cars and basically just wanna "pimp their rides"!

I usually just go there when I need tuner lugs, air filters or shit like that, their hours is good.

The guy is an Aerospace engineer and runs a lowclass small performance parts shop ?

Something doesnt add up here.

his M5 is pretty riced out...well it used to be a lot more riced out but he doesn't have all the stickers anymore.

I've checked that place a couple time too, but never bought anything due to the high prices. They have been there for a while and seem to do pretty good....I have a feeling most of their business comes from uneducated ricers, or people new the modified car scene who don't know any better

The guy doesn't know what the hell he's doing. Thinks he's the shit, but can't even do simple things. He claims he "hires ppl from BMW" and has ppl at BMW begging him for a job. Pathetic.

Hey..don't mean to re-post...but i bumped into an old friend who serviced his car at this shop. He had an CAI install on his car (which required the removal of a front bumper) but they did a shitty job...they were sloppy and the bumper wasn't put back on properly. anyhow....as I've said weeeeeeeeeks ago....CONSUMER BEWARE.....STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP

These guys don't know anything about BMWs. The shop is more than likely a front. I remember calling there asking to buy OEM cd player for my e39 and some guy telling me it couldn't be retro fitted to my car. At this point I realised he didn't know sh*t, so I never bothered with them.
