when ever im moving at a slow speed, slow as in coming out of my driveway or 10-20 km/h, and i push the clutch fast/hard...all i hear is JUK noise coming from the rear. if i push down the clutch slow and not hard there is no juking in the rear end

any idea what this can be? (for the e30)

this is also happening to my boy's e46

Have/had the same problem, its your differential. 100% sure.

mmm... kinda sorta.

Its more the driveline when the load is taken off it clunks abruptly. Mine does it. I have even heard some e90s doing that at the dealership. Mostly differential/driveline loads. Don't worry about it. Just drive smoother (ie operate the pedals friendlier, not stomping on em)

cross-member mounts? possibly? i used to get the clunking too but after i changed the x-member mounts it went smooth as a baby's ass...not that i know how smooth a baby's ass is:D
