Not looking to spend a ton of money, but I would like a car that is or will certify and pass an e-test.

i got a 86 325e coupe with tasteful mods new snow tires and wont need anything for safety for 3gs firm... price was 3 gs before i got new snows and a few other things can send pics if interested
