if one has a roll cage in their car...will insurance not cover you?

lol funny story,

i drove around with a helmet on, mind you obeying all the laws and i got i got pulled over within the first 5 mins of driving. :D lets just say the officer wasn't too happy. not sure why?

i want a 4 point cage....not full
and i will be trackin ..its not just for looks..but its not gunna be a full track car..so i dont need full cage

Insurance will drop you 9 times out of 10, and it's very unsafe in case of an accident, even with proper padding. It's also cop bait.

you don't need a cage to track... just gives you a false sense of security. Especially if you plan on driving the car 90% of the time on the street. I wouldn't bother.
