I am not the biggest drifting fan (kinda like figure skating of motorsports), but that law is just stupid!

uhhh, it's a criminal offence to kill someone while drifting here too.

And GUARANTEED it won't be labelled as "accidental". Not only will you get a murder charge, you'll get a stunt driving ticket too.

Criminal negligence causing death is equally bad here, except in Canada there is no capital punishment.

He's not being liquidated for drifting, it's for killing 3 others. Fair enough, IMO

ya, what the hell is the point of this post? so they have capital punishment in Saudi Arabia... whats your point? i think what Abu Kab did is clearly criminal negligence, and he is responsible for the deaths of 3 people. so he has to pay the price. here it would be life in jail... but this is canada, so he'd be out in 3 years because our legal system is a joke. in his home country he is sentenced to death. good.
