this is for serious inquires only, i baught the engine with 150 k (includes harness, transmission and m5 dme), i did the
whole conversion my self in june, synthetic oil changes and 94 octane always, custom engine mounts from germany, complete bosch tune up during conversion, custom rad, exhaust, and drive shaft, 3.73 lsd rear end, compustar alarm, full alpine sound system, body in
mint shape, 4 new bilstien shocks, eibach springs, recently installed new sytle
front bumper and projector headlights, also have rear bumper but no time to install, much much more for only $8900 o.b.o (i spent about $13 000 building this car, i know its not the greatest looking e30 but when you pull up to a c5 z06 and beat it on the highway, its the best feeling ever, trust me. (need money to get rid of debt and open shop) pleese call me at 647 892 1633 and leave msg with name and number if i dont answer. and if need any engine conversion done - let me know also..

Holy shit relax. Your attitude doesn't help the sale. It would also be beneficial in cases like this, to provide pictures before/during/after the swap. Pictures of the "mint" body wouldn't hurt either. Details on the body? Year, model, etc?

FIRST OF ALL I WASNT YELLING, THE ONLY REASON I TYPE IN CAPS IS BECAUSE I USE A PROGRAM THAT YOU HAVE TO USE CAPS AND I HAD TYPED ALL OF THAT WITHOUT NOTICING TILL I WAS DONE, SECOND I DID TELL HIM THAT I WASNT BEING RUDE BUT HE DOESNT EVEN WANT THE CAR AND HE'S ASKING QUESTIONS AND I DONT HAVE TIME FOR THAT,THIRD... SORRY BUT AND THESE ARE THE ONLY PICS I HAVE...IM AVAILABLE ALL DAY FOR PPL TO SEE THE CAR IN PERSON - PICS DONT MEAN MUCH UNTILL U SEE OR DRIVE THE CAR...AND ITS AN '87 325 WITH VERY SMALL RUST IN RIGHT FRONT LOWER PORTION OF FENDER... ANYTHIGN ELSE?? AND IM NOT YELLING AGAIN...I JUST LEFT IT ON CAPS CUZ I STARTED IN CAPS....

Why do you say that? Even if you get the shell for free, this swap will cost you that much, or way more if you do it right. And by the sounds of it, it's not a bad shell at all.

Having said that, I wouldn't buy an S38 that hasn't been rebuilt yet. There are no low mileage examples left, which means there isn't a lot of life left before a very costly procedure.
