Thanks, to find a song, you select the Search Song function, then on the remote there are numbers 0 - 9, above the numbers are 3-4 letters (2:abc 3:def 4:ghi....etc), the remote is set up with the player so that the letters correspond with the search function, so you just press the numbers to search, example: Trance = 872623, then it comes up with a list of songs that have those letters.

Ingenious. I'm interested in seeing the setup in the trunk. Are you using a standard PC case?

I'll have to agree.....ingenious is the only word I can think of. And I also would like to see your set-up in the trunk.

For the computer, I used a pentium 100 desktop computer, I made it about half the size of the original case. I still need to make a new case for the computer. All of the wires from the trunk are run through the "ski hole" and behind and under the back seat, then up to the console. As you can see, the 20gb hard drive is mounted virtically so it doesnt skip. Well here is a picture of the computer.
