needs lowering- probably the suspension hasn't settled yet. My E90 325i with sport package has less fender gap than that.

The ugly speaker is probably due to the lighting- it looks like your standard E90 speaker to me.

I'm rather agreeing with you. From that angle, the hood hump looks very Eagle Talonish.
