For rust proofing your own car, specifically problem spots - stopping existing rust. What do you guys use?

I have used Rust-Check and its okay, wondering about WD-40 as an alternative?

rust check is good but honestly just pay the 100 bucks and get RMP to do it for you. they do a good job and it will get all the spots your just not able to get with conventional methods.
