hey guys,

I need someone that can install a CSL trunk for me. please PM if you know somewhere that can do this.

here ya go. other wise look for a decent body shop, mechanic, or friend.
1. Take off the interior lining

2. Take off license plate and the light strip

3. Take off the trunk lights and keyhole lock.

4. Pull out the wiring.

5. Unbolt the bottom screws on both sides and loosen the top. Then just slide the trunk off.

basically it then just reverse to put it on.

i will install it my self and send it to the body shop if there is any fitment issue. the silver CF weave is gorgeous!!!

Congrats on the purchase.... it'll look good on your car. I love those CSL trunks!

Yup, try to install it yourself and if you have fitting problems, bring it to us.

For the beautifull weave to last, you should have it wetsanded and re clear it.

That's what I did for ICE's CSL trunk. Looks awsome.

so i ended up installing the trunk my self and it wasn't that hard at all. the only hard part was making the keyhole fit, had to do a bit of sanding.

You left it totally unpainted? How about painting all but the curved part of the trunk, leaving that 'lip' in exposed silver CF would be SICK and match your bumper style too!

i wont be painting the whole trunk since Silver CF was a PITA to find but i will be painting some parts of it. i will post pics when its done.
