squeak sound from 2 front windows

Whenever there is water on the window surface, it makes really bad squeak sounds when I roll down/up.

When it is dry, very smooth.

is there something I can do about it??

I think the sounds are from little bit deep inside rubber.

looks like you need new seals.....they looke crakced for one thing.....and is water getting in because of the effed up looking seals...?

the water on the surface of the window and the parts are touching windows are making noise.. problem is I don't know which parts are touching the surface of windows.
