Service question

Hey guys, Dealer recommends valve adjustment on my coupe and will cost me little over $1000.00

I've about 56K on my S54 motor and I'm confused as if it is really required or should I pass. Also this services is to be performed at about 80K, but according to their diagnostic computer the motor will do much better with this adjustment. Also i dont hear any ticking.

you could wait it out a little longer i guess until the 80,000km or take it to bimmersport to have them adjusted for a lot cheaper.
