Hey everyone. I blew my headgasket on the 401 last week. I have decided not to fix it, as I have another project on the go. I have a 1985 325e with a m50 swap. There are many good parts on it. I have many aftermarket parts including 16" tsw wheels , magnaflow exhaust etc.... Pics will be up soon so if there is anything you guys are interested in, let me know..

Hey guys sorry I took so long to reply, But I have been gone this week end. As for the cat back exhaust, I have a 3 inch pipe wwhich was custom made so Its not really a bolt on. Ill take any reasnoble offer. As for the car......If I had to put a price on it...I would say first 1500 takes it. The body kinda needs some tlc...There is some rust, but I have alot of $$$ invested in it. It has a 92 m50 non vanos. Rebuitl tranny. Everything needed for for the swap(computer, booster mounts..etc.) motronix short shift kit, Momo wheel, steel braided brake lines, 16"tsw wheels(lil bit of road rash) lowering springs, body kit. I have mint leather seats outta a 94 3 series 4dr... Theres just so much to list.. This would be a perfect car if you had a better shell with a little less rust. Btw the milage on the motor is about 20k on a rebuilt.

Why did it blow the headgasket if it was recently rebuilt?

I did frequent the track.... Not to say that i abused my car in any way, because I didnt. The motor was built well and It has lasted almost 4 years. It had regular oil changes, and maintained it well. It never burned a drop of oil. just bad luck i guess....

I will post pics soon.
