I don't know why I am keep getting 16L/100km up all the time.

I changed my spark plugs few months back. Not sure whether this is the main cause but I only getting 300km with full tank of gas.

I checked the tire pressure and the pressure is fine.

How often should I clean or change the air filter?

Maybe the air filter is the cause?

my car isn't 7 series nor ///M.. I think 7 series has better gas mileage than my car.

maybe it is normal if I live in downtown? pure downtown drive

what car do you have? any mods?
downtown/stop and go driving kills your fuel economy.
my m3 can get 9 on the highway and is rated at 14 (or something like that) in the city.
i'm averaging 11.5 right now.
see if your air filter is dirty, it could be the cause. try to keep up with regular maintenance. how many kilometres do you have? post more detail on what you got cause everyone can list the simplest things and make a massive list.

You should take your car to a shop and have them take a look at it to find out what is wrong with your car. You should get way better gas mileage with your car I have a 2001 330I and its auto and I get anywhere between 520 to 605 to a tank the most I every got was 722km to a tank and that was all hwy driving one thing I noticed was the type of gas to use esso is by far the worst gas for mileage and shell is the best then petro canada and sunoco gas lately I have been getting around 550 and that's mixed driving city and some hwy

wow that is really crap mileage even for city driving. you idling lots and more than just sitting in traffic.

your car isn't that old...there is definitely something wrong.

prior to your spark plug change did you always have poor gas mileage like this? if not, maybe plugs aren't gapped properly? Do they even requiring gapping still? just a thought.
