ball "part" value could be around 6k, the euro part makes it more expensive but i wouldnt be able to guess that value.

wow... 3.2 L, 321 hp and 6 spd. for $8K.... not too shabby.
Although I bet for a couple more $ you can have an LS1 in there with way more potential, less weight, more reliability and a coolness factor that is untouchable.

LS1 motors start around $3,000 for complete package with ECU, transmission, engine mounts you are going to spend around $5,500.

When the engine on my 540i gets tired I'm sticking into it an LS7 500Hp motor.

Sounds like a good deal.
However have you thought how much for the ECU, electrical harness.
Does it come with all accessories, like alternator, water pump etc.

These can bring the price up pretty quick.

its good, but the tranny is the same as your current one anyways...you might as well keep it.

why do u wanna switch it from a euro s50 to an S54? Why not just upgrade your current motor, with cams and a GT air box etc?

Why euro spec s54 make it more expensive? It is the same engine as in any other S54 car.

The engine in Z3 M is rated at 325hp(DIN), but like I said, it is the same engine as in any other S54 car.
Eurospec cars get a 5hp bump due to a better catalytic converter.

well. its not going in the eurospec.
honestly i duno why i want it lol. i would like to find a e36 4 door red and drop that in. I would be using electromotive standalone and custom harness cause a friend of mine would help me out in that department. (hes works for them)
