This is a lightly-used (~10,000km in a stock S52) top-of-the-line UUC Stage II clutch and flywheel combination. It is strong and versatile, capable of handling up to 650lb-ft of torque while maintaining drivability. This is a E34 M5-style setup that fits all sorts E36s, E46s, X5, X3, Z3, Z4, and obviously, the E34 M5 itself. (You should double-check fitment with UUC first of course) The clutch is a spring-hub design that reduces the annoying chatter when used with lightweight flywheels. With this setup, you gain an equivalent of 34.6hp in 1st gear. (http://www.uucmotorwerks.com/flywheel/how_a_lightweight_flywheel_works.htm)

This is what UUC has to say about it:
UltraSmooth CeraMetallic clutch is optimized for extreme high-powered cars that are street-driven yet still see some drag-racing. Engagement is very smooth, almost indistinguishable from a standard organic clutch. There are many special features of this clutch that contribute to the smoothness including number and arrangement of friction pads, friction pad material, marcelled and segmented backing disk, and sprung-hub center. The enhanced 2400psi pressure plate and ceramic/metallic disk lining is capable of handling power loads approximately double what the car originally produced.

Why am I selling? It is way too much clutch for my weak little car. As you can see in the pictures, the parts are dirty from removal but still have tons of life left. It would be perfect for a high-powered (turbo, supercharged) setup.

This setup cost over $1600 to bring here.. Asking $650 for clutch, $450 for the flywheel, or take both for $1050.

Well, I wasn't so lucky.. and I wouldn't be stuck with this if your bro's motor actually had a working clutch/flywheel like you said it did.. Oh and there was no DME either =P
