Charlie @ Bimmersport

he does like 10 a day.. 500 is a dream though, you're gonna need sheet metal welding, but ask him

Get the subframe re-enforcement plates from the Dealer.

Edit: Here are the part numbers:

41002256495
41002256496
41002256497
41002256498

One for each mounting point for the subframe. You should get all 4.

Dunno man, just call him and ask. But to do this properly is a LOT of work. Lowering the subframe alone is a huge task, and on top of that, there is cutting and welding to be done... you figure that out yourself. Would you do it for 500?? I'd personally be amazed if it's under a grand.

600 - 800 roughly, depending on the shop you go to. It will be a cheaper install if you source the subframe kits yourself though. (Hence why I supplied you the part numbers.) *th-up*

Never heard of Power Flex subframe plates.

We do sell the Turner Motorsport ones though. It's a good kit. We have it installed on 2 of our cars *th-up*

$400 for install is a good price *rockout*

Are you sure he didn't suggest powerflex subframe bushings?

theres a reinforcement kit from turner. I did that a while ago. Reinforced the entire rear world of difference. If you start with subframes do the rest one time that its all out. You will regret it later and dont forge tthe trailing arm reinforcement we all know what happens when that isnt done.
