there will be some Windsor members cruising over here for Bimmercruise on Sept. 9th, there will probably be a handful of stretch tires for you to check out at the show.

lol went by to fast lol

my bad! *shiner*. I don't remember driving fast in Windsor ... hehe I'm a slow driver.

rc: It would be great if you post some pics of your car and we'll go from there. :) 3G budget is that just for wheels/tires or for the whole car? Santings OK Tires did the installation on mine, it took them 2 hrs just to mount the tires, I heard they started charging $40 extra per tire to stretch them now after what I did to them.

I dunno, I think you beat my all-time speed record for that section of Twyn Rivers.

www.e30.de is a good source to find all euro-look E30s. Also egk2's old E30 looks awesome too in red.

It was a very clean looking red E30, not sure how it looks now after he sold it. As for tips:

- don't tint the car, very small chances you might be able to pull it off with the euro look
- decide how much work you want to put on the car, which is linear to the "wow factor"
- keep it simple

Wheels are 9.5 and 10x16 with 215/40/16 and 225/40/16. Tires you can try Toyo T1-R (what I have now), Pirelli P7000, Falken 452, Hankook (ask Zimmie for the model).

do i have to lower the car asweell? if so what do u think i should buy? my price is 3gs for the rims tires,do u think thats enough for the lowering if needed?and where can i buy rims that big?and if the car has those rims and tires can i drive it like an"everyday" or are there places i can't go?

Check www.tunershop.com

Since you live in Windsor, you should be fine. The only parking lot you can't really go is the one by Million Dollar/across Greyhound station.

Cheap adjustable coilovers are available, just probably not very good performance wise.. but I've seen cosmo racing e30 coilover kits for $200 on ebay / cosmoracing.com.

You NEED to lower the car, period. Lowering your car with only bottlecaps even looks pretty dope. Stretch tires without lowering looks like total complete unforgivable azz.
