So i make a sale through ebay for the amount of 301. US Dollars for G35 headlights.

After the auction is done the seller asks me if i can deliver Express because "his boss needed the lights in a hurry. I mean this guy has over 600 feedbacks and runs an ebay business. So i deliver the light via Canada post with a tracking number. We exchange feedbacks and everything is good. After 4 weeks paypal pulls the money out of my paypal account and says the funds used to pay for the item were "fraudulent" and basically nothing they can do bla bla bla because the delivery didnt have a"signature confirmation" because apparently with canada post YOU HAVE TO REQUEST IT. I called the guy and some A@@hole picks up saying his boss will call me back. No call back and now they dont pick up when i call.

Other than driving 5 hours to break all his windows what can i do since 370.00 US is a lot of money and i wouldn't like to just let it slide. Anyone in montreal willing to help if i offer 50% of the money. I am sure this guy would pay up if somone went and talked to him.
