what cone filter fits stock M20 (K&N or otherwise)

Not trying to start a debate on which is better- stock or cone filters...i need a cone because I have an M20 in a E21 and there is no room for the stock airbox.

So, what cone filter do you have on your car? If anyone has a K&N part no or even something for sale that would be great.

The older metal m20 airboxes had a round adapter plate which bolts to any e30afm. You'll need that plate or an aftermarket one like it to fit the cone filter.

Just take that adapter plate to the store when you buy the cone filter, also you'll need to fab up some kind of mount, as the e30 airbox mounts to the car not the afm.
