also, the car has a viper alarm with keyless entry

I dont think anyone will be getting too far without a motor.

Gluck on the sale. If i had the cash and the time, i would definately pick this up as a project.

07-08-2007, 01:54 PM
what sparked me to do this was people asking me if i would sell without the motor.. hopefully this works out.. other option is to keep the car lol.. nothing wrong with it :)

07-08-2007, 01:55 PM
Saw this car at RMP, looked great. Good luck with the sale.

07-08-2007, 01:57 PM
I'll give you $2000 for it without the motor.

You can take your front bumper off and keep it for yourself, also if you want to take off the headlights and replace it with OEM ones I would be fine with that.

Let me know by wednesday, and I'll come pick up the car next weekend.

no thanx, way too low

07-08-2007, 02:27 PM
no thanx, way too low

What do you think you will get for a 14 yaerold car with no motor?

Or what are you asking for it, that would make it easier for me. I am looking for something to put either LS1 or M62 in....

07-08-2007, 02:50 PM
well to be honest.. it may be a 14 year old car buts its in mint shape and has all M3 modifications.. the whole underbody is all M3!!

i am at least looking at getting $5000.00 for it

like I said, if i cant get minimum that I will keep the car.. there is nothing wrong with it.

i just did the suspension 1 month ago Koni yellows and GC Coilovers and brakes are pretty much new... cross drilled M3 rotors, calipers front and back, etc..

07-08-2007, 02:51 PM
also just as a side note, only RMP Motors has worked on this car.. Rocco is a good friend of mine and can vouch for the car :)

07-08-2007, 03:47 PM

- 97 M3 driveshaft
- 97 M3 diff

if you decide to part the car out

07-08-2007, 05:53 PM

Does this have a turbo'd M3 motor? I see boost gauge, but no mention of a turbo, and no mention of any M3 motor.

07-08-2007, 07:58 PM
i was going to boost it (hence the gauge)

it currently has a 97 M3 motor converted to OBD1 but this motor is sold

it has never been turbo'd

07-08-2007, 10:46 PM
This car is clean, he never drives it at all, let alone winters, oil under coats it to sit in storage for the winter!

MINT condition car.

JUST KEEP IT!!!! *wave*

07-08-2007, 11:07 PM
I know i should eh :)

being that it was only serviced by the best*th-up*

07-09-2007, 09:41 AM
Let's try this

i will keep the motor in the car 97 3.2 M3 engine
- head was replaced since old one was warped and new headgasket installed
- RMP had the head grinded down 16,000
- Headers
- cold air intake
- z-speed strut bar
- engine was converted to OBDI and has about 134,000 kms on it

07-09-2007, 12:24 PM
seen the car, its in mint condition

good luck sale!

07-09-2007, 07:51 PM
The motor is actually converted to OBD1 not just the intake manifold. The head was shaved 0.016" of an inch for a bit more compression!

This car is quick!

07-10-2007, 08:44 AM
lots of interest :)

yes, i will install the original bumper and yes I will install the original lights :)

07-10-2007, 08:46 AM
as a side note...

this motor has only seen full sync oil (oil changes always done by RMP) and I have always put 91 to 94 octane fuel.

07-10-2007, 10:56 AM
talking to a few people I have decided that I will sell the car for $9000.00

message me if you are interested...

09-04-2007, 02:06 PM
