FS: 87 Black 325is Project Car

Posting this because I need to get rid of the car (space issues) and I've come to the realization I don't have time for a project.

Before you even ask, no I will not part it out, I don't have the time or desire.

Located in Upstate NY
1987 325isBlack with Cardinal Interior
Auto
210k miles that I know of (Odo is broken)

Good
Seems to run like a Champ
Air Filter is brand new
New Battery
Drivers side tie rod end is brand new
Drivers side Control arm + bushing are brand new
Oil was changed recently
Brand new Rotors + Pads and Ate Super Blue
ECU is Chipped
Tire's seem fairly new
I'll include new fuel filter + auto tranny gasket and filter kit

Bad
Needs Drivers Seat - Original was structurally unsafe
The whole front valance needs to be reinforced (screwed in better)
Lines to the tranny seem to be leaking a bit
Exhaust leak that's in front of the cat I beleive
Odometer was broken when I got the car as mentioned before
Both AC/Heat don't work - never had time to investigate
Rear Bumper is cracked in half - was like that when I got it
Suspension is a decent bit off - Alignment and tie rod end adjustment?

Biggest problem in my eyes is the drivers side door both the hinges that are welded to the car are fuxored. One was broken when I got the car and the other one the bolt sheared off while I was carefully opening/supporting it one day (pic's below if you don't know what I mean). I had already bought one complete hinge setup, that I'll give you for free if you buy the car ($110 part). The only way I can see to fit it is too have two new hinges welded onto the car.

With all that being said I'm going to start off by asking $500 with that being somewhat negotiable.

I'd take all the stuff I put on it and junk it before I do that, like I said we have space issues (7 cars) I don't have the time/space/desire to part it out but thanks for the suggestion anyway.

It's got a spot below the trunklid and theres one under the car. The car started out life in Mass, went to Lousiana, then California and then NYC where I bought it and trailered it back to Rochester so in my eyes the rust isn't too bad.
