No S-vid/HDMI out at all? No tv tuner?

07-06-2007, 11:23 PM
Nope, My tv connects through VGA (basically analog version of DVI.. I dare you to show me a difference between VGA and DVI) and no tvtuner as this is my movie box. I do have a VisionPlus DVB card though (Full height though...) + remote that I can throw in thow if you want to pick up illegal satellite

a lot of TV's (Sony) won't go to full 1080 until you use DVI/HDMI

Are you sure about that? I've never had a problem on mine. What about if you use a VGA to HDMI or VGA to DVI cable?

Either way, there is an open PCI slot in the computer :moon:

both our Sony's wouldn't go to 1080 til I used the DVI to HDMI. I guess VGA to HDMI should work too.
