I'm guessing this is filler for an actual Euro plate. Will the plates we use here bolt on?

^^^yes. it would but it'll hang off the plate filler a bit unless u trim the plate. will still look good anyway.

I have a brand new one for the '84-'87 type tail lights.... first $70 takes it.

P.S... I'm not hyjacking Luke's thread because he's selling '88-'91 type tail lights.
