Yeppers! Got them powder coated black (due to the corrosion around the valve stems) so I can use them for winter wheels.

The Michelin Artic Alpens help out alot but in general it handles pretty damn good with out the winter tires (skinny tires=better traction).

buddy....... that car is a classic man... you should not be driving it in the snow.... you should put it away and restore it.

Mike.

We were doing rally style DRIFTING (hence the subject title there sparky :huh?: ) in this rectangular parking lot.

The car is not as light as a Civic but heavy enough to feel safe. Actually empowerd said today it feels like a little tank (in a good way).

Mike...Mike...Mike...I have been told countless times to not drive it in the winter by EVERYONE! I cannot afford a winter beater at the moment and still save up to restore the body (kinda hard when you own 2 BMW's that you want stuff done to them). Don't worry. I plan on doing it this spring/summer. OK?!?! :D

Hey Jon (aka: Grasshopper),

If you want to give me the $15,000 to $18,000 for just building a proper turbo engine then I will do it.
:huh?:

Nice pictures. Love to be there with you in... in the snow

BTW Where did you get your wheels refinished? I remember a thread somewhere that you had them done for some very cheap price. I just had a set of wheels given to me but they need to be refinished and I am thinking about dark grey.

PM me with details if you can...Please...

I'm talking about building a TURBO engine that will be capable of taking high boost (12lbs). So it is more than just bolting on a low boost supercharger.
*no-no*
