Car was purchased as a project car, over 20k in upgrade/rebuild has been put into the car. The car needs to be tuned with the new piggy back ecu.

It was salvaged in 1998, had a few owners since [thats why it was a good candidate - project car]. It is an American car = newer style steering wheel + dual side airbags. 1987 = late offset, stronger control arms, forged rods, etc.

So just to clarify, is this car rebuild now? Or does it still have a salvage title.
