Hi all,

Unfortunately the time has come and I have to leave the country, so I have to part with my condo and car. :(

This is probably the best deal for a beautiful M3 that you will get this summer.

I absolutely love the car and have enjoyed every moment of driving it. It was stored for the past 5 months except for clear/clean days out. The oil change was performed 3 weeks ago and it recently has been professionally detailed. Everything is original with a clean title on the car, it has never been in an accident. The front bumper was repainted by Mister John's Bodyshop when I purchased it. I am the 2nd owner since April 2005. I even have the recent carfax report for whoever who is interested.

It's a 2001 BMW M3 and it has the following options:

- Laguna Seca Blue / Grey leather
- Xenon Headlights
- Cold Weather package (heated seats/Headlight washers/Ski Bag)
- Lumbar support
- Sunroof
- 6 speed manual
- OEM 18s w/ good tires or optional gunmental 19s for a little more cash
- 97000 Original KMs
- Paragon Performance Exhaust / Supersprint section 2 pipes (OEM exhaust available

What has been replaced on the car:

- MAF sensor
- Rod bearing recall performed
- New Differential under warranty
- Brand new OEM clutch with 1 year warranty installed 5000 KMs ago

Asking price: 29999 OBO

(keep in my that due to the fact that I have to leave the country, no reasonable offer will be refused)

You can reach me either at (647) 896-5677 or KBEHYAR@GMAIL.COM and am located on Yonge/Finch. The car is available for viewing and test-drive for potential buyers at anytime.

Hey, was the engine ever replaced on this car? I understand that the 01 s52's go pop. Either way, I asked at BMW whitby and they said that if such a thing occurs they'll replace the engine, but only up to 160k, I believe.

Just wondering.

Hell of a deal though.

That is actually low. According to the black book,

Low: $30,330.00 High: $32,660.00

and that's wholesale price.

Must resist, must resist...

Damn, if this baby has a solid set of maintenance records, then it's one of the sweetest car deals that I've ever seen. Someone jump on it. I would if I didn't love my E36 M so much.

^...that being said, if it doesn't have maintenance records.....get a pre-purchase inspection or just bend over right now.

hey isn't this the M3 in question here??? and if it sold the first day, then why would the new owner have it up for sale again???

It sure looks like the one in this link. If it is, it looks like somebody bought a lemon and is trying to make lemonade.

Well do you think it is the same person that bought it?
32900 is not too bad for a 2001 M3, I think I will consider making an offer to him.......what do u fellas think I should offer considering that I am from Windsor and have to drive all the way up.

You don't think it's a little odd that someone would buy a car and then sell it immediately afterwards?!?

I think that; best case scenario, someone got it even cheaper than we think and is trying to turn a quick profit, or worse, that they got ripped off and are trying to recoup what they paid. Either way, it seems shady to me, but good luck if you decide to get it. Hopefully it was the former and not the latter reasoning.

That guy probably bought it, changed a few things added some tint and want to make a quick profit. A m3 like that one can go for 35$ with ez. Don't make an offer. Just wait till another good deal comes up. You dont know how rough the guy drove it and wanted to repost it back on craigslist.

It's also pretty obveous the guy bought it. ICHOPCARS. In translation, I buy and sell cars.

Not suggesting that there's anything wrong with this M3, but if there's anything wrong with the motor, your in for a shock at the replacement costs of a S54. I would never purchase a car such as this w/o knowing the full history of the car, and not just the service, but more importantly, has it been tracked etc.
The E46 M3 is a very expensive car to have to start replacing parts outside of warranty.

Wooh, you know it. Any BMW motor is expensive to replace! But expecially the S54... Yeah you know it tlaselva. Every M3 driver drives they're car like a maniac. I wont deny it...
Most M3 drivers like to have fun with they're car! If ya know what I mean. ;)

The question I have is why the new Differential?
