Posting for a friend;before it goes in the autotrader.

2001 Integra Type R-are! 75,000kms. w/ air conditioning
only 4000 of these in North America!

The car is in excellent condition, drives 10x better/fun then it did new, engine is very powerful, compression and leakdown tests to prove. Vehicle has been properly configured and tuned and made approximately 193whp, roughly 225HP.Thats 30 more hp then a stock Type R. Transmisison is smooth as butter. Car has been taken care of meticulously, oil changes every 3k, and trans oil every other oil change, cant stress that enough.

Appearance wise, it looks pretty much stock, and has oem foglights, which is pretty rare.Only other option would have been the side and rear bodykit.

Ill get down to the nitty gritty now;

JDM red stiched shift boot
JDM Recaro black seats
Ipod integration kit <-- hookup your IPOD to OEM cdplayer.
Upgraded speakers
Hella HID Xenon kit 6000k BMW blue

Engine/drivetrain: ONLY 75,000KMS!
Mugen Intake
Spoon Cam Gears
Comptech 4-2-1 header
Comptech Flywheel
Brullen SS 2.5" mandrel exhaust + high flow SS cat
Hondata S200
B&M Fuel Pressure Riser
NGK PowerCable sparkplug

Brakes/Tires -BRAKES ON A DIME!
PBR Ceramic brake pads NEW!
Brembo rotors NEW!
SS Goodridge brake lines
Kumho 712 205/50/15"s NEW!

Suspension: GO KART LIKE!
Ground Control ITR kit + Bilstein dampers
Skunk2 front camber wishbones + new bushings
SSR rear camber
Mugen front compliance, trailing arm, steering box, shift bushings
Mugen Front Strut Bar
Comptech rear tie bar
If you take a calculator and total it all up, you can see alot of money spent. And only the best TOP QUALITY parts. If you are looking for a vehicle that handles and is as fun to drive as alot of high cost sports cars, inquire.

Keep in mind, the car only weighs in at a total of 2560lbs roughly. Take out the spare, rear seats, you are looking at a 225+hp 24xxlb race ready car that will hang/beat HIGH END sports cars in the right hands.

Please private message me if you are interested.

PRICE: $19,999

reliable semi quick cars....good luck with sale

someone is selling a force-fed M3 for 7k more and it drives the right wheels...just so you can tell your friend...heheh

Thats the going price for these cars, they are high in demand, and sell pretty quick. Sold his last one the same day it listed in the autotrader for $21,000, 7-8 months ago?

Quick car it is.. 1.8l 4 banger N\A making almost as much power as a stock E36 M3 is something! Great power to weight ratio. The best thing is the intoxicating sound of the B18C5 engine ;)

I will admit it..............i have always liked these cars, drove one some time ago and they pull like a bat out of hell. Much like the VR6's

his transportation business is growing, getting another $140,000 truck.

would he be willing to trade plus cash for the Type R?

04-11-2007, 01:38 PM
Mmm, I dunno, what do you have to trade?

Is this 'erikIs' old car?, as seen in this thread? http://www.maxbimmer.com/forums/showthread.php?t=72086

Nope, this is a different car. That car sold long long time ago, for $18,500. was pretty much stock, with an AEM CAI and lowering springs, and those sparco seats.

This car is way nicer, also has all black Type R seats, with the JDM Recaros up front.
