Hi, just wanna let you in on some good stuff.
Willz.ca is owned by Will Zaraska. He is one of few that import nice cars to Canada and sells them here and in the U.S.
If you want a sweet Eurospec car,he is the one to get in contact with.
Check out his webpage of cars for sale !

I wanted a VW Golf Rallye (AWD, supercharged G60), apparently there is only 1 in canada and very few in states.

My friend told me that the guy who brought the car over here had some problems registering it.

the car spent 6 months in Customs, they took apart the whole car, many things like bumpers etc that didnt meet the standards were taken away. simply pain in the butt.

maybe this guy knows a better way of importing cars.
I gotta see his page, Ill save the link cuz one of my friends still wants that Golf Rallye badly.

I'm no VW expert but I was told (by my mechanic and others on this board) the supercharged G60 motor is crap. Cracks cylinder heads. Why did I ask? I was looking at a G60 Passat wagon for winter.

the superchargers blow up if you dont change the small belt inside and the bearing. I never heard of any heads cracking :(

I have g60 in my corrado, it runs strong, still its forced induction for a little 1.8, I prefer VR6 over G60, that was supposed to be my mod to swap a vr6 in, but I have been messing around with volkswagens for few years now, and always wanted a bimmer thats why hopefully Ill get my 325i this summer :) if not Ill wait another year to get a decent one. *th-up*

<font color=red size=3>A sad note to our Canadian clients. European cars which are less than 15 years old are not permitted to be imported to Canada. Transport Canada prohibits such importation, unless the vehicle in question is a race car.

HOw Randy managed to import his porsche from Japan?????

I know Japan is no Europu, but still

I dont know how randy did it, but with older cars it is very easy to fake the papers/change the year of the car, at least in the past it was..........I know this because someone very close to me told me, they know from experience...Don't ask :P

Vlad,

I'm shure the law for importing is 12 years not 15 years. And wasn't it the GT 3's illegal in NA (untill just recently the 2003 model year).

Yeah those Cosworths are sweet, my dad usedd to race an XR4TI here a few years back, all it had was a chip and exhaust but that lil 4cyl turbo ripped. Quin Motors here in Burlington has had a full race one for sale for quiet awhile. Rool ccage, completely strippeed, no lgihts nothing, upgrgadeed turbo, I think it is running 250-300hp

It is not the bigger number the faster. It is opposite. GT1 is the fastest, GT2 slower, and GT3 is the slowest in GT series. Same with Formula. Formula 1 is the fastest.

Porsche GT1 is in the same price range as Mercedes CLK GTR and McLaren F1.

they are importing only the nonturbo model, LOL, I bet they dont want people to buy those instead of vettes and vipers. I think they are scared shitless, that goes for many other import sport cars,

Look at Nissan Skyline and many other cars, every car they import here are all bottom line underpowered or chipped for ,less power cars, most of the time, they gotta keep on selling their domestic crap.

Wilz has some wonderful cars, but they are not helpful if you want to import something - or even buy one of the cars they have in stock and bring it to the US. You are left on your own.
