What's up with the website?

I'm having a huge lag on loading the site and it keeps telling me that I have to wait 30sec before posts WTF? Even if I posted for the first time.

im having some problems too...........pages not showing up etc....i had the post issue as well earlier today............wtf......my world is slowly crashing around me.....lol.....too much drama there
