They're full thread coil overs..Every car is diff but I would say you could go pritty low..there threaded to about 3.3/4" above the bolt holes. I don't think you'll be wanting to go that low :)

Had mine for years already, 1250 is a good buy.
Also easy to re-valve if they ever start to leak.
Front has about 4 inches to play with for hight adjusting, think it could rest on the ground @ lowest setting, rear about 1/2 that.
Max in rear is about the same as stock 323 with the sport pakage.

How do u like them. Have u tired Ground Control and stuff like that. If so how do they compare.

Havn't been in a BMW with ground control but have been in a bunch of VW's with coil overs (H&R last one I remember) and they were probably just a stiff but no dampning over the rough stuff. Felt like fillings were comming out over the big bumps also felt like the flex of the car was absorbing more then the shocks were.
Hotbit's just like stock ride except they react to uneven pavment by forcing the car to tilt with it due to I geuss lack of spring movement. So you get the head bobbing like a track car but ride comfort of a road car.
