Hey. Just curious. How does the Audi TT perform in winter snow conditions? Or is it a car that goes into hibernation for half the year?

I was about to get an Audi TT a couple years back. They are not that bad in the snow. Just get a set of good tires and the car will be fine. *th-up*

Not bragging or anything, but let me just say that driving an Audi w/Quattro in the snow is WICKED!

The Quattro helps for quick acceleration off the line in snow. So ridiculous that it's still driveable with summer tires in the snow, but you're better off with a set of winter tires.

The TT can be a winter driven car as I've seen a couple last year, heck even BMW's can be winter driven! I think it'd be a waste to buy an Audi TT Quattro and not driving it in the winter time because you'd miss out the fun of driving it in the snow.

Oh well, that's just my $0.02s!

HUH? I just measured that with my ruler and that's not really high. I could even drive over that w/my 328i w/all season tires.

Okay so maybe not all BMW's can be winter driven, but that could be said to many other car manufacturers. It just depends how deep the snow is, but the kind of snow we get here in Toronto it's driveable still :P
