Now, wouldn't this be considered commercial advertising?

Especially seeing as it's not YOUR personal car to sell, this sounds an awful lot like a business ad, and not just a classified from a private owner.

Shouldn't you be paying for this ad Rob? Or at least Sisley?

Hi Pat ..how's it going? You interested in this car?
If you haven't noticed, I also have Sisley Honda in my sig...

I am not really advertising the company, but just trying to help out my fellow maXbimmer audience.. I can get them this car at a really cheap price. If someone here wants a good condition e30,I am the connection, that's all.

Hey doesn't it say TEUTONIC.CA in your sig PAT?? :D

I'm also not advertising a car that my EMPLOYER has for sale....

All my signature does is list another Car Enthusiast website, which nobody stands to make any money from.

You're going to make both a commission on the deal, AND Sisley Honda is going to make a profit on the car. That's commercial advertising, and not classified advertising.

I'm surprise Bliss hasn't killed this thread yet.

i wish my friend had waited to buy his e30, i would have much rather him own this 1990 e30 than the 86 or 87 one he bought instead.
oh well
you win some and you lose some.

It's Bliss' site so its his call but I think Rob's doing no harm, he is helping out with the bimmer community regardless if he's making money. I know there are alot of ppl looking for an e30 325 on max, im selling mine and many ppl seem to be interested
