Unless he's replaced the struts with solid bars, i don't think that car is streetable (for long, or without damage), without a widebody kit anyway.

because of the way the tires are u can tell that the car is from europe and not north america.

every single or every second modified car in europe has wheels and tires setup like that

Yeah, it seems to be a german thing, at least the rieger one has some space between the tire and fender.
