I have been looking for a new work horse, and just got an amazing deal on this; its a 1996 Legacy Outback AWD...Fully loaded except leather. Body is 98% rust free, just a bit on one door and hatch...All power options wroking. Now for the bad; it was sitting since March, so took a lot of WD40 to get things going again! Needed front CV joints (which i used from my 92 Legacy!), windshield, and rotors/pads...But not at all bad for a $400 car!:D

P.s, yeah, it is almost like Randy's*wiggle*

How reliable are the AWD systems on these? Something to consider for the next winter car.

How many KM on this baby?

The DMV must recognize you now. How many cars do you regester a year?

I think him and Jebus havea deal. He won't play with himself, ever, and Jebus would throw amazingly priced, cheap cars at him.
This is the only rational explanation.

The AWD is bulletproof! Its the LAST thing to ever have problems on a Subaru...This one has 305K, which is not bad, considering my other (1.8L) in the Loyale has 350K and i abuse it like hell...

I'm getting 9.8 l/100 km combined so far in my '06 Imp wagon. Better than I expected.
