IMG code default is OFF

Ok now when I post pics in forums, it only gives the link to the picture now for some reason. I checked my IMG code, and yes, it was OFF. I turned it ON and it didn't make any difference. I don't know how the IMG code got turned to OFF in the first place.

Is there any moderators that can fix this for me?
