well i gave up on driving beaters in the winter, and decided to pic something up i could drive all year round, and ill prolly just drive the e30 on the weekends. its a 96 328is, with the m package and 110 on the clock. once i seen the interior (and anyone tell me the name of it) and the kilometers, i couldnt resist! P.S. it took less than 24 hours of ownership to install the ALO designs CAI lol:cool:
i also included a new pic of the e30, took it for a spin for the first time in months this weekend.....engjoy*th-up*

the interior colour you might be thinking of that you said looks darker, is peanut butter. Sick ride man, love the colour combo. Is that an individual car? cause that interior looks like it might be, cause it has the matching carpet as well?

hound - yes i believe it is a individual car, the carpets match, the door skins, and the floor mats are green...never seen them before. also came with the m package. and has anyone ever seen this tint i have its actually the color of the car...looks factory

isnt this modena....maybe im seeing things but this is more mustard colored than mind is...

gold rims I think would clash against the interior,, i'd say a nice polished deep dish rim and your set *th-up* but that's just me.

^ Agreed, Al ixnay on the goldrimzay, I think itll look cheap, but I thnk a nice five spoke wheel with some dish will look awesome. to be honest with you I think M Parallels look incredible on sport package E36's, that would be my choice *th-up*

those aren't bad... i don't see 20's fitting without some serious fender mods... i may be wrong though...

MVR's in gold would look nice! how bout some gold m6 rims?

windsor318is
12-01-2006, 12:53 PM
yes yes, i noticed they have m6 copys know a days that are 19x 8.5 wide, qimis has some work to do!! fom the description on that ebay auction i think those should fit no problem, i might have to role the fenders but there only 8.5 wide, if it fits an e46 dropped 2 inchs it should fit mine no problem. im going to see what he wants for them.

Windsor 318is,

The AV3 kit you got on your e30; is the trim and the diffuser on your front and rear bumpers seperate pieces from the actual bumper, or is everything been molded together.

I have a replica AV3 kit, but my trim and diffuser are molded on to the actual bumper, and i wanted to paint the trim flat black since the rest of the bumper is going in another colour.

Jus wondering if you were in the same scenario when u put ur bumpers on your e30?

windsor318is
12-04-2006, 08:13 AM
yup yup. its all one piece, trims and diffuser.

qimis, tell your GF you have no time to hang out with her today, you have p shop work to do LOL

OT, but what kind of bodykit is on the green e36 there??

That's a Rieger front bumper with splitter
rare Hammann side skirts
and AC Schnitzer rear bumper cover!

Its a hot car and was one of my inspirations.

Believe it or not it's a 318is. That dude said He'd trade me the rear ACS bumper for DASC lol.

Hey man congrats on the car she looks like a abeut, I'd love one of those before I started modding. Unfortunately mine was a bare bones cloth seat 318i with nothing going for it!

Anyway if I were you I'd go with some era correct wheels, maybe some 17" BBS wheels, and if you have some more $ you can always try Fikse, cant go wrong with that. If you have less money there's always OEM M3 wheels

Some inspirations of clean rides:
