I think I would be down for that, I'll know for sure a little later in the day, so put me down for 75% right now
Also, try sending PM's to the rest of the guys, they might not check this in time.

It's fairly simply to hit the meeting spot. It's at the corner of Merivale and Meadowlands. When you are on the Queensway (417) get off at exit 126 and head south. The meeting spot is on your left, in the mall parking lot. You will see a Tim hortons and a Wendy's. Turn left onto Meadowlands and then your first left at the lights and go around the building to the timmies.

So i tend to drive a little over the speed limit sometimes. Not like any of you guys are angels.

I agree on ffiday night the usual but get more than 4 guys going. If it was friday could
Tony, Jay, Al make it?

I'll call raph and his buddy greg and also see if sylvain is interested

seems my starter wire is exposed, doesnt like moisture.
even though i was driving around in the rain all night, car was off & on a bunch too.

towards the end of the night I was seeing the check engine light, car felt like it was missfiring at all rpm's...
^ a seperate issue from the starter wire..

so I leave some friends, car sorta started sorta drove away,
died half a block later..would not restart///

It started the next day (thankfully) & I drove it to raphael's

so I guess im 50/50 for saturday *sad*

It's your boot dude I'm telling you. Last Friday my boot let go at my MAF and it started running all messed up. It sounded like an old muscle car when Idoling. Same symtoms as you, check engine light came on the car died....Had trouble starting it and what not. Finally the missing stopped and it was idoling at 1500rpm???? anyway un-hooked the batt for 5 min and everything was fine. I'm telling you too much air got into your slit on your boot. Check that first.

I'm not a mechanic so I have no clue what I'm talking about, so I'm going to go stuff my face with some Kd and Weiners.

Lee: Friday I might, I'll have to check, that's good cause Friday I have a wedding.

OH jesus.. I'm buying another e30...

Here's the guys ad..

1987 325is Florida car. Recent motor rebuild with Schrick cam, MaxSil pistons, dual valve springs, lightened flywheel, Ireland Engineering headers, IE poly mounts. Bilstein shocks, H&R springs, M3 control arm bushings, e46 M3 rear shock mounts. Trunk stripped; a/c, radio, rear seat, carpet, rear package tray, rear side panels and factory seat belts have been removed. Front sport seats need recovering, especially drivers side. Schroth harnesses for both seats are DOT approved. The OBC, cruise, power sunroof, windows and locks all work, as does the factory BMW radar detector.
Originally a Florida car, lived 3 summers in Indiana. Body is very straight with a few small dings, but the paint (original) is pretty shot. Front airdam has ducts to brakes (home-made). There is no rust nor has it had any bodywork.

I bought this car out of Indiana last year hoping to do a number of track days and use it as an occasional driver, but just have not had any time due to a busy motorcycle racing schedule. I drove it to Ottawa from Indianapolis, and have had it out a few times with no issues.
The driveshaft u-joints need rebuilding at some time, but everything else is fine. I have all the receipts for the car, even the original brochures.

The price is $3500 obo, and if it doesn't sell in the next few weeks I will probably go to EBay.

That's actually true. We should make sure to get parking spots all together this time.

I figure closer to the far end of the 2nd parking lot, farthest away from the Tim's, since it is usually the last to fill up. What do you guys think?

Lee I got your message, thanks for the notification, I will come out to see you guys. Are we up for a race, from M&M to the ferry dock in Cumberland? :D First man there remain on land, all other cars pushed overboard :) Walk with your floaties.:D

E30 girl also called me about the meet yesterday. They were looking forward to the meet on Saturday but since you guys have brought forward the time, they can't make, I think they are arriving on Saturday morning. I will be spending time with them on Saturday and Sunday.

I will try to make it out tonight, was trying to get Lee back on the phone to confirm a time, but just read Jesse's post which indicated it will be 9ish.

See you guys tonight.

Adam, if you are checking up on the thread, your car is finished with the new 3.5" air intake charge tube. We need a new set of spark plugs, anodes on those in the car are worn. You can grab the car if you like, maybe need it for the weekend, it's running fine now. I can bring out to the meet if you like.

Raph.

Think we spoke about this last night. The throttle body on the 318is is 3.5"

I have 3.5" tubing to make it fit.

Let me know if you would like me to help you install it.

It was great hooking up with you guys.

Pics guys pics. ;)
