View Full Version : Windshield Replacement DIY

Just thought I'd share this since I was looking around for info myself.

Like what most people on the boards said, the job is pretty straight forward, especially if you're not worried about replacing a windshield that is already cracked.

All-in-all the job took 2hrs at a leisurely pace. Here is the article I used for reference:

Also picked up a tool which was supposed to be for Chryslers but it turned out to be quite handy for reinstalling the locking strip (a screwdriver would probably work also).

LOL, I changed my front window at Fils in 30mins, with a bit of Windex and a small screwdriver. :D

Thanks mang. It was a PITA to get working because I had to put together bits and pieces from eBay.
