Hey there... when are you looking to close, and what are the property taxes like for the past 5 years?

Are there any rental homes in the area? What are the rents like for a similar house?

I'm in the market for a potential investment property.

Thanks!

DANG! You're 45 minutes east of Markham... a bit too far for what I want...

Looks great!

The main intersection would be Townline & Adelaide
Taxes about $4100 over the last 2 years
No rentals in the area.

Anymore questions, please let me know

$4100?? Ouch... Are you sure about that? Mississauga apparently has the highest tax rate and my fathers place that is 2500 sqft and valued at $500,000 pays $4500, I pay $2400 for1500 sqft. $4100 doesn't seem right...
