alright im doing the infamous timing belt replacement. Alright i have a 1985 325e, is my crank shaft pulley two pieces inwhich i have to pull the pulley with a puller, or i guess how do i get that pulley off .???

oh well guess it just comes off once i remove the fan pulley, thanks any ways

That is a totally wicked writeup. I've followed it myself. The most important point is to leave yourself lots of time. If you rush this, there are too many things to go wrong. If you have enough time, you will enjoy this immensely!
