so my passenger side headlight stopped working right after i put in a new bulb...i checked out by swapping the working buld from the drivers side and connecting it to the passenger side light, but it still didnt work.

i took a look at the connector and it looks completely fryed. Can you get replacement connectors somewhere? ie is it a bmw specific part, or can i get one from crappy tire?

any suggestions would help alot, thanks guys

9005/9006 connectors? If so common with about 5 zillion other cars, foriegn and domestic.

Did you put in a higher wattage bulb or something? Or was it physically falling apart?

I used those GE nighthawk bulbs...ive used them before and it was fine...the driver side has the same bulb and hasnt burnt out the connector so i assume that the voltage rating is ok
