No, its wait.

The reserve is "up there"

The vehicle doesn't sell if the reserve isn't met....

No, its wait.

:D

Good luck on the sale man. I suggest you get a 3.0 CSL as your next project car, strip it and restore it the way you've done this one. You'll make your money back times two with your talents.

Or go work for Chip Foose.

I actually got kinda lazy towards the end, but it covers most everything. The mods list covers the rest.

Out of debt? Hahaha.. no seriously I don't have much debt at all.

I'm looking at a couple different e36 M3's for use as a daily driver for awhile while I live life and do stuff.

Take the 15K and run, don't be a greedy idiot, unless this is all just done for attention, and your Reserve is like 40K.

Jordan
06-13-2006, 10:32 PM
your car didn't sell.. which I guess is a good thing! :) It still has 21 hours and 4 minutes left.

My reserve is well under 20k, and closer to 15k then then 20k.

Again this auction isn't a joke. It will sell if it meets reserve.

Jordan Lowered The Reserve! He's Desperate!!!

:D

Jordan
06-13-2006, 10:49 PM
Not by much.

It was over 15k, under 20k... just like it still is. It was just closer to 20k then 15k.

I'm far from desperate.

Ha..I gave it a shot on the ol' ebay...

actually...as of this writing I'm the highest bidder*par-t*
couldn't bid higher without verifying my paypal account or some nonsense I didn't want to do at the time of bidding...*shiner*

I would feel more comfortable bidding higher if I could see, touch, smell and maybe drive the car...but for now...its not for me

anyways, good luck with the sale

ps...its currently my desktop wallpaper(one of the pics with the CSL's)
pps...going to look into an evo up here

I was checking the listing and couldnt stop laughing at this...

"Q: does the car have side airbags?
Jun-09-06
A: No e30 has ever had side airbags. Only late 89 model and newer e30's have a single drivers steering wheel airbag.

Oh the people (and questions) you have to deal with on eBay!!! ROFL...

P.S, Good luck on the sale

You may have a problem getting anyone to place a bid over $14999 since there are some significant hoops to jump through to be able to place larger bids.

Lower your reserve to $14999.. :P

"Bids over $15,000

To place a bid of $15,000 or more, you must provide a valid credit card (your card won't be charged) or go through our ID verify process (no credit card required). This helps ensure that eBay members involved in large sales are of legal age and serious about completing the transaction."

"Establish your proof of identity with ID Verify - an easy way to help others trust you as their trading partner. The process takes about 10 minutes to complete and involves updating your information over a secure connection and answering a few questions. When you're successfully verified, you will receive an ID Verify icon Member is ID Verified in your feedback profile."

I wouldn't call that "significant hoops"

kapt_krickee
06-14-2006, 05:02 PM
you can definitely bid higher..there's cars on ebay for WAAAAY more...

but when I tried to bid 15000 I was directed to a page asking me to verify some things and go through some hoops...seeing as 15000 was about as much as I would brave to spend on something without ever seeing it(in person)-I didn't bother

plus I would have to factor in all the extra fees/expenses (I'm in Canada..so importing as well)

so..yah..u can def. bid higher...but yes..you do have to set up your paypal to be able to do so:rolleyes:

What is so hard about entering a credit card number? 99% of adults have a credit card....

Hell.. it can be a debit card as well for that matter.

kapt_krickee
06-14-2006, 07:59 PM
actually my credit card is already verified...it always has been with paypal...so..if that was the only thing stopping a bid on 15000 +, I must have some other issue with my paypal account.

I'm really surprised nobody outbid me though...

entertaining a thought here...how far are you from Dallas?(I have friends there)
and maybe PM me your true asking price?? (I'll look into the details of importing it as well)

Jordan
06-14-2006, 08:04 PM
Several other eBay members have emailed me, telling me they were trying to outbid you but with no luck. They were told they needed to be ID Verified, and simply did not have the time to do it when they found out (last couple mins of auction when they cast their bids)

This is really crappy of eBay.

I spent alot of time on this listing, and paid ALOT of money to list it, and no one could even win it because of that crap rule.

less then an hour from dallas
